Luxury is a concept that runs throughout the entire BEN home (heat pump & general underfloor heating). It starts with the facade, where we worked with Vandersanden Wapper Silver bricks glued in a random bond. These contrast nicely with the black Aliplast aluminum windows. Inside, we spot stairs with intermediate levels, clad in black granite. Our eye also catches the Anyway designer doors, which open both inward and outward. In the open designer kitchen (D & C Kitchens) with island in white composite (seating), the cabinets extend to the ceiling. Bosch appliances stand out: microwave, oven, dishwasher, tall refrigerator and induction stove with central exhaust. From the living space (Led spots), a wide sliding window (fly window) overlooks the 12m² garden house (water & electricity), trees and a small castle (not included in the purchase price). Luxury is also having three storage rooms and three hanging toilets. The ground floor room also lends itself to use as an office. The room under the roof is very spacious and has its own bathroom: walk-in shower, hanging toilet and washbasin. On the 1st floor we count two more rooms plus the master bedroom with adjoining dressing room. The main bathroom with wall tiles to the ceiling, includes a spacious walk-in shower, double cabinet and acrylic bath with rounded corners. On the lot you can park three cars.
