Zuiderzicht is a design by the Dutch-Belgian team KCAP and EVR architects. With the Antwerp, the team won the first prize in an international architecture competition. Zuiderzicht stands strategically, close to the Scheldt River and in the green landscape and at the same time a short distance from the city center. Supermarkets, public transportation and other nice lunch and coffee bars are just a few minutes walk away. The apartment is located on the 22nd floor which provides a beautiful view over the park and the "Nieuw Zuid". From noon until sunset the apartment enjoys lots of sunlight. One enters the apartment through an entrance hall with checkroom, a separate toilet, and a storage room with plumbing for a washing machine and dryer. Then the living room with open kitchen giving access to the beautiful terrace with very nice view. Furthermore 2 bedrooms with each access to the terrace, an en-suite shower room and fitted wardrobes. The provision for common charges is 300€/month. It is possible to rent a parking space in the building for 135€/month.
